Ilse Peña

Ilse’s passion for working with teens began in youth ministry, where she recognized the growing need for mental health support in young people. When she found Roots Renewal Ranch, she knew she had discovered her calling. Ilse loves seeing the transformation that takes place not only in the girls she works with but also in their families, as both sides grow and heal together on the journey.

With a unique, individualized approach, Ilse meets each student exactly where they are. Whether a teen is struggling with confidence, communication, or other life skills, she focuses on equipping them with practical tools that foster growth and resilience. Her dedication ensures that every client benefits from the treatment process in meaningful ways.

Ilse hopes families and teens alike feel the genuine love and care she pours into her work, leaving treatment encouraged and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, cherishing connection and community.
