Length of stay at Roots Renewal Ranch is individualized for every girl. We have set up a 60-90-day program, but we also know that some of our clients will need more or less depending on their individual needs. We work with the clients and the families to come up with a plan that is best for you.

We offer the ability for students to remain enrolled in their school district by continuing their education online, with the help of our full-time teachers on staff.

We do not accept Medicaid, or state-funded insurance. We can work with you on a self-pay option if you don’t have health insurance.

Yes. We are equipped with 24-hour nursing and medical professionals to assist with medical needs through the entirety of treatment.

Our program is offered to adolescent girls, ages 13-17 years old.

We believe addressing the family system is a crucial part of your healing journey, which is why we offer a robust family program that includes:

Communication via phone or Zoom once per week (after seven days)

Visitation once per month

Weekly family sessions

Weekly parent groups

Bi-weekly sibling groups with individual sibling support offered

Family Intensive Weekend (Thursday PM – Sunday PM)

Roots provides extensive aftercare support. We will provide care for 60-90 days following our full residential program, and that may include client/family/group check-ins, parent groups and sibling support, weekly school check-ins, alumni events, and more.

We have a visitation policy in place. All visitors must be scheduled and approved by the staff.

No. We do not allow any clients to bring personal electronics. In order to connect with your core “roots,” we believe it is crucial to cleanse yourself of technology.
