Kate Metzger

Kate Metzger, OTD, OTR, is the Program Director and Occupational Therapist at Roots Renewal Ranch, where her passion for healing and purposeful living shapes every aspect of care. She graduated with her doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in December 2022 after completing her doctoral capstone project at Roots.

Her work is a reflection of deep empathy and a commitment to transformation. With a special heart for young women navigating addiction and mental health challenges, Kate cultivates an environment that fosters growth, resilience, and joy. She believes in the power of meaningful routines, intentional living, and the therapeutic relationship as vehicles for change. Kate’s approach integrates clinical excellence with compassionate connection, aiming to help every client rediscover their sense of self and purpose.
