Lori Hanlin

Lori has always carried a passion for people and for being in roles where she can make a meaningful impact. At Roots Renewal Ranch, she has found a nurturing environment that fuels this passion and allows her to be part of the healing and growth of teens and their families. She loves working in the classroom, creating a safe space where students can learn, grow, and discover their potential while also supporting families in their journeys.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Lori brings diverse experience from hospitality, teaching, coaching, and working with children of all ages. Her background allows her to connect with students in unique ways, blending structure, encouragement, and enthusiasm for learning. She hopes every teen leaves Roots with a sense of pride, success, and confidence—knowing they are loved and supported unconditionally.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys staying active with pickleball and outdoor sports, as well as hiking, beach days, and intentional time with her friends and family.
