Madison knew early on that a typical office job wasn’t for her—she was drawn instead to the energy and connection of walking alongside people in real life. When she discovered residential treatment care, she immediately felt at home. Madison loves that the RTC setting allows her to engage with teens in everyday moments—whether it’s doing chores, playing games, or navigating friendships—while guiding them toward the lives they were created to live. She finds working with teens to be a unique mix of challenge, chaos, and deep relatability.
A former college athlete, Madison brings lessons from sports into her clinical work: discipline, teamwork, and balance. Her own journey taught her that identity cannot be tied solely to performance and helped her break free from perfectionism and people-pleasing. These lessons now empower her to walk alongside young girls facing similar pressures. Madison hopes every teen and family she works with leaves feeling more connected, loved, and empowered to face challenges together, while embracing the joy and adventure that life naturally offers.
Outside of work, Madison stays active and outdoors—she’s currently training for a 50k trail race. She also enjoys pickleball, slow-pitch softball, hiking with her dog Walter, and weekend adventures with her husband. And no matter where she is, she always keeps a book close by.
